Notes from our KCSA Secretary:
Ok I know I’m lame, but I can't help but send out an edition of notes over spring break. I mean, for those of us not in Florida or Cancun, what are we going to do?? We’re going to read e-mails that are what we're going to do. I’ve even made it colorful so that at least your inbox will look bright even if it's not bright outside. Yes, I’m bitter, I’m in Champaign. For those of you lucky enough to be elsewhere enjoy it!
We have four things on our agenda today, but I’d like to call your attention to two of them: the KRANNERT LOCK-IN that we'll be hosting March 29 and the extra volunteering opportunities coming up soon. Please read these sections and get back to us right away if you'd like to join in and help out!
1. LOCK-IN!!!
2. Extra volunteering opportunities
3. Volunteer preview night
4. tours training!
.........
1. So we here at kasha have decided to do something unprecented at krannert. Something so new, exciting and totally rocking that we want as much participation as possible!! That’s right; we're having a lock-in at krannert!! It’s going to happen the night of Saturday, march 29 (the Saturday after we get back from break, if I’m not mistaken). while we're not sure on all of the final details, you have this to look forward to: food (of course!), guitar hero and other video games, movies, dance parties, board games, twister, sardines/hide and seek, laser tag, lobby bowling, and if you can even imagine it, a hula hoop competition! Ahhahahah so basically we can all become kids again and stay up really late and eat junk food and tell ghost stories and play hide and seek. I think it sounds AMAZING and we're really excited about it. Please let me know if you're interested! Feel free to come as early or late as you want, stay as late as you want, and bring friends if you want! But just so I can have an idea about how much food and supplies to get, e-mail me as a reply to this one or at mmcmill2@uiuc.edu and let me know if you're interested! We’d also like your input--what do you think we should do?? E-mail me with any ideas! Hope to see you there!

3. On Monday, April 28th at 6:30 there will be a volunteer appreciation night and season preview at krannert. This means you'll get to see what's coming up next season at kroner...before anyone else! (Well, after the donors but before anyone else...) there will be catered food provided, so you should definitely come check it out! More information will be forthcoming, but we wanted to put it on your radar. Let me know if you're interested!
.........
4. Tours training will take place on Monday, march 24th at 6:30pm, starting at intermezzo (in the lobby of krannert). As a certified tour guide, you not only get to explore the wonders of krannert from the inside out, but you'll also be eligible for complimentary tickets to shows at krannert. Four tours equal one set of tickets...such a good deal! If you would like to be trained but can't come that day, e-mail the tours directors at kcsa-tours@kcpa.uiuc.edu and they'll help set up a time that works for you!

K I’m done. Now I’m going to go be a bum and not do my homework. I mean, we all deserve a break, right??
